DevOps Engineer
Business-class is a product-focused travel-tech company building technology for premium travel services.
Our IT team has around 50 engineers: developers, analysts, DevOps, and data specialists.
We develop and maintain our own internal systems - from ERP and back-office tools to platforms used by Sales, Operations, and Support.
Our infrastructure runs fully on AWS, and the DevOps team plays a key role in ensuring stability, observability, and high engineering standards.

You will work on the stable development and improvement of our infrastructure and core engineering processes, including:
- expanding and improving monitoring (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus);
- supporting and developing AWS infrastructure (ECS, ECR, Lambda, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudFront, Route53, VPC, IAM);
- optimizing the container environment (Docker, ECS);
- improving logging pipelines (Fluent Bit, FireLens, ELK, OpenTelemetry);
- supporting and enhancing CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions);
- strengthening security (IAM, networking, secrets);
- working with Data Engineering on metrics and data-related tasks;
- improving infrastructure reliability, stability, and clarity.
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS: ECS, ECR, EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Route53, IAM, VPC.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform preferred).
- Strong Linux and networking knowledge (DNS, routing, VPNs, security groups).
- Experience with containers and microservices (Docker, ECS or Kubernetes).
- Monitoring/alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, DataDog, or similar).
- Logging systems (Fluent Bit, FireLens, ELK).
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins).
- Solid understanding of security and IAM principles (least privilege).
- Scripting skills in Bash + one programming language (Python preferred).
- Network troubleshooting tools (tcpdump, traceroute, netstat).
- English: comfortable reading and writing technical documentation.
Internal communication: Russian or Romanian.
