Role Overview
As a Datacenter System Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our on-premises enterprise infrastructure. Your role focuses on delivering infrastructure projects, deploying platform changes, and ensuring long-term stability, performance, and standardization of the datacenter environment.
As this is not a pure support role, you will actively own and evolve the infrastructure platforms you work on.
You will join our global Build & Run team. To support company growth, we are looking to hire multiple System Engineers with a variety of technical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy datacenter infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing virtualization, backup, and storage platforms.
• Deliver infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
• Deploy changes following formal change management processes.
• Provide advanced 3rd line support for complex datacenter issues when required.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Maintain technical and design documentation.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on standards and best practices.

Technology Focus
Key technologies in this role include:

• Nutanix (AHV & HCI)
• VMware NSX
• AVI / Load Balancing
• Rubrik Backup
• VMware VCF 9 (strong plus)
• NetApp storage
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell)

Your Profile

• Medior to Senior experience in datacenter or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong background in project delivery and platform maintenance.
• Expertise in virtualization, networking, and backup solutions.
• Experience working with formal change management and release processes.
• Fluent in English, international mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project and operational support.
• Willing to participate in an on-call rotation with colleagues.
