Chatbot Developer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Chatbot Developer to work with our projects.

what you will be doing:

• develop clean, elegant, readable, testable, and well-documented code for chatbot solutions
• manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
• implement conversational flows and integrations across multiple systems and APIs
• ensure stability, scalability, and performance of chatbot applications in production
• collaborate with business teams to define intents, entities and user flows
• provide qualitative support and quick feedback to product teams and clients

what we are looking for:

• university degree
• proven experience as software developer 2+ years
• strong experience with Node.js and Java
• solid JavaScript knowledge
• basic understanding of NLP/NLU concepts (intents, entities, context management)
• experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
• ability to understand client specifications and estimate impact on existing solutions, having solid troubleshooting skills
• nice to have: cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), messaging platforms, Docker, databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• reliable and autonomous
• excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
