Affiliate Manager
Summary:
Are you an active and results-oriented Partner Manager? We’re looking for someone just like you to develop and manage strong partner relationships. If you know how to build lasting partnerships, optimize performance, turn data into growth, and scale partners effectively - this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, webmasters, media buyers, and influencers.
- Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and partnership strategies across multiple channels and GEOs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates, providing ongoing communication and support.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate traffic performance and implement data-driven optimization measures.
- Supply affiliates with marketing materials, creatives, landing pages, postbacks, ensuring brand consistency and promotional accuracy.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, partner program rules, and regulatory standards (compliance & anti-fraud).
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, product, analytics, legal) to align affiliate initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on affiliate performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
- Research industry trends, new tools, and emerging traffic sources to identify growth opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ affiliate marketing.
- Affiliate & performance marketing core: RS, CPA, Hybrid, postback, metrics (CTR, C2R, R2D, ARPU, GGR, ROI, FTD Cost).
- Data drivenness: decisions based on metrics; Google Sheets (advanced); cohort analysis; analytical.
- Negotiation: win-win offers building.
- Conversion rate optimization.
- Market research.
- English B2+
Tools:
- Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMrush.
- Binom, Keitaro, Voluum, etc.
- SteamsCharts, Social Blade, etc.
- Jira.
