You’ll handle billing, collections, chargebacks, aging reports, missing paperwork, direct billing, broker follow-ups, factoring reports, and filing claims on bond.

Your job description: Specialist

• Manage invoicing and ensure accuracy and timeliness;
• Handle factoring and financial transactions;
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent, conversational English
• Open-minded and fast-learning person
• Long term worker
• Good user of Microsoft Office
• No previous experience is required, but if you have it is an advantage!
