3D Modeler

We’re looking for a skilled and creative 3D Modeler to bring immersive environments, characters, and assets to life. Whether realistic or stylized, your work will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our games and interactive experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 3D Asset Creation: Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for games, animation, and AR/VR applications.
• Material & Texture Design: Create realistic or stylized materials and textures that align with the visual direction of each project.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with designers and developers to define and meet both artistic and technical requirements.
• Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure 3D assets are efficient and compatible across various devices and performance profiles.
• Workflow Improvement: Continuously refine the 3D pipeline and implement industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong skills in both high-poly and low-poly modeling, texturing, and basic animation
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals such as proportions, color theory, and visual detail
• A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a creative team

Bonus Points For:

• Prior experience in a similar 3D modeling or game art role
• A strong personal portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical skills
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine asset integration
