Worked on the company's own Trucking Safety Compliance app (in production), which has a back office for admining, front application for customers, and a mobile app for drivers.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish and integrate the QA workflow in the development process;
- Manage the workload of other testers;
- Create and maintain the testing documentation (test cases, test plans, test runs) using Test Management Tools (QASE);
- Manage the testing process, defect management, planning and defining the priorities to achieve the best possible test coverage;
- Automate the testing process with E2E and API tests, using modern framework such as Playwright (TypeScript);
- Execute static, component, integration, system, functional/non-functional, change-related, regression tests;
- Provide bug reports, feedbacks, and improvement suggestions;
- Deliver test reports regarding test execution and progress;

Achivements:

- Automated the critical parts of the project with over 160 E2E tests, which work between back, front and mobile app, using user-facing locators, and multiple user roles and environments;
- Improved the overall state of the project by reporting over 500 defects;
- Created over 1000 test cases;

As the only tester in the team, my job was to:

- Establish and integrate the QA workflow in the development process
- Create and maintain the testing documentation (test cases, test plans)
- Manage the testing process, defect management, planning and defining the priorities to achieve the best possible test coverage.
- Execute static, component, integration, system, functional/non-functional, change-related, regression and performance testing.

During the employment time I worked on 3 projects developed using Unity engine:

1. Multiplayer mobile game of type MOBA for Android and iOS.
Joined the project after 6 months of development where it was in a pre-production stage and half broken state.
After 8 months the project reached production stage with a decent working demo.

2. Unpacking type of game for desktop and steam-deck
Total 3 months in development, project reached production stage.

3. Rogue-lite/Tower Defence type of game for Android and iOS.
Total 2 months in development, the project reached pre-production stage.

- Work on 12 projects – 11 web, 1 mobile. Mainly invoicing and apps with huge amount of data and
functionalities with both front and back applications.
- For every project were created a test repository with test suites and test cases using QASE tool – overall
more then 1500 test cases developed.
- Perform testing in DEV, staging and production environments such as: Static testing, Exploratory
testing, Smoke and Sanity testing, Regression testing, Integration testing etc.
- Provided valuable feedback and improvement suggestions for usability, functionality, UI, and
workflows.
- Writing and running automation tests using Cypress (javascript)
- Reporting feedback's and bugs in such tools as Jira and Redmine

Performance

• Execution of the full sales cycle, starting with the approval of the order and ending with the shipment, which includes: working with customers, preparation of commercial offers, invoicing, concluding of contracts, payment tracking, followed by the execution of shipping documents, as well as logistic coordination;In addition of performing the duties of the sales manager, I was also responsible for the development and promotion of the company.
• Work with budged organizations, including educational institutions, state and law enforcement agencies, sports schools, etc;
• Work with commercial organizations: shops, outfit centers, sports clubs, fitness centers, gyms, etc;
• Administration and content filling (filling with information, including selling information, filling with products and images) of the company’s main web site, close work with the suppliers, tracking new products, and creating promotions and special offers;
• Creation and maintaining of the advertising campaigns for the contextual advertising in Yandex Direct;

Achievements
• Over 9 years of work, I managed to modernize and improve the work of the company, making it a full-pledged market participant that meets all modern requirements, significantly expanding the customers base and product range;
• As a result of working with tenders, starting with 2013, more than 300 government and public contracts were concluded and successfully completed;
• The increase in the annual turnover in 2017 was by 43% more than the recent years;
• The biggest sum of a single deal, as part of a complex supply for the educational institutions in Moscow, exceeded 13 000 000 rubles ($ 206 000);
• Supervising the development of a new website and online shop, as well as preparing the technical documentation for the programmers and designers.
• Expansion of the products number from 1500 to 5000 items.
