I led a small team of eight people to warm up accounts for high-quality traffic for buyers, where I built a system from scratch and selected the best strategies for working on Facebook so that algorithms would not block accounts even after a month. I also analysed and optimised both my team's processes and the company itself, helping them to grow.
Accounts were warmed up for more than 20 regions, with an almost complete list of verticals, where I took into account all the platform requirements for each one and built the most optimal strategy to maintain the quality and life of the accounts.
My work mainly consisted of working with the team and improving their skills so that they, in turn, would be ready to take on a load of 100-150 accounts per day for average quality accounts with limits of $50-250 per account (if required by management).
