I helped to open the hotel after it was refurbished, I helped to train new staff. Responsible for schedules, payroll and inventory. Monitored and enforced all standards, policies and procedures. Responsible for banquet scheduling. Supervised all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, breakfast, dining room, wine bar, weddings, banqueting, conference) to ensure company standards and guest satisfaction. Assisted with weekly Liquor ordering, monthly liquor inventory. Reviewed daily payroll for 20 employees.
