Experience

• Leading a team during hard times: I had the opportunity to become a team leader on a complicated animation project which had lost direction and many team members lost faith in it. I tried my best to get it back on track and finish it with success. Even though it was very hard, I succeeded in finishing it. During these hard times, I learned that I enjoy a good challenge and that I do not falter under stress.

• Being a part of a team: I’ve been working as a part of a team, in different roles, for over 10 years, during which I learned to coordinate efforts between team members and to set goals in order to complete and deliver projects in time.

• Communication: I had the pleasure to communicate and negotiate with people from different countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Slovenia, Cyprus, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, and others on topics regarding work, workflow, meeting project goals, and managing compromises when time is of the essence.
