Led 25 HR, Lean, and IT projects and developed an HR digital ecosystem for 250 K employees at Rosatom achieved NPS = 76%, CSI = 4.7/5.0, tripled process speed, and saved 1B RUB (= $12 M)².
At Kontur, built "HR infrastructure & analytics" unit: already cut T2M by 1.5 times and raised CSI from 3.5→4.3. Building a digital platform to make HR 30% cheaper and faster, employees more productive, and to save at least 200M RUB (= $2.5M) annually³.

KONTUR | B2B ecosystem, 2.5 million customers, revenue of 40B RUB (= $500M), top-10 IT company in Russia, 12,000 employees.
Head of HR Tech & People Analytics (since 2023)
Goals:
- To build the “HR Tech & People Analytics" business unit - a new direction in the company, built from scratch.
- To develop an ecosystem of useful and user-friendly HR services (20+ projects/products) aimed at reducing workload for employees and HR, speeding up HR processes and employee scenarios, and improving employee experience (EX).
- To build an HR analytics system - including metrics, research, forecasts and insights that helps business leaders make better management decisions.
► Results
- Built the internal “HR Tech & People Analytics" business unit from separate teams, experts, and 48 uncoordinated IT systems. Diagnosed key problems, clarified roles, responsibilities, and goals, presented and defended the 2024-2027 strategy, and formed a team: 7 project office managers, 5 development leads, and over 80 team members across 7 distributed teams (5 countries, 13 cities).
- Introduced project and product management practices (methods, metrics, processes), set up business impact evaluation and unit economics (P&L, TCO, ROI, etc.). Reduced Time-to-Market by 1.5 times and increased CSI from 3.5 to 4.3.
- Leading a program with 2 strategic initiatives and 20+ projects to build a digital platform and ecosystem aimed at making HR at least 30% cheaper and faster, improving employee engagement and productivity, and saving over 200M rubles (~$2.5M) annually.
- Launched a system of HR metrics and an HR dashboard for business leaders. All key HR processes are now covered with dashboards for performance monitoring. MAU doubled in one year (from 400 to 800). CSI = 4.3. Total reach: over 2,400 users.
- Developing an "Operational Efficiency" Center of Excellence: we run operational due diligence for M&A deals and provide training and consulting for business teams on efficiency improvement projects.
- Expert at Kontur. School courses ("Mass Recruitment"; upcoming "Al in HR" and others).
- Internal ambassador for the “HR Tech" and "Retail" business units.
ROSATOM headquarters (2016-2022)

Led the HR Tech Project Office (6 product managers) and was also the functional head of the HR Tech Center (20 team leads). Additionally, I managed contract work and budgeting for the HR department: over 70 contracts per year, including public procurement (under federal laws 223-FZ and 44-FZ) and targeted funding contracts.

► Results
- Delivered projects for development and implementation of HR IT systems: HRIS/HRMS, TMS/HCM³, LMS/LXP, ATS/CRMS, and omnichannel self-service tools (web, mobile, chatbot). Led the creation of an HR service ecosystem (10 products, 14 modules, 75 organizations, 150,000 users). Achieved nearly 1B RUB (~$12M) in economic impact. Time for core HR processes was reduced by 3 times. NPS = 76%, CSI = 4.2-4.7 (out of 5). DAU = 6,000–9,000; MAU = 3,000-45,000.
- Aligned and approved the concept for a new digital environment for employee development and interaction (version 2.0): unified UX/UI, "single entry point", one brand, SuperApp/SmartApp (web + mobile), and a target IT architecture and tech stack.
- Approved and implemented the "E-learning - 2020" strategy. In 2019, launched the mobile learning app "REKORD mobile" (used in 170 organizations, 250,000 employees). The share of online learning grew from 1% (2017) to 39% (2021); training coverage reached 89%.
- Launched the first mass ML-based service - personalized course recommendations in LXP. This increased course completion rates by +6.4%.
- Started the HR digitalization program for Rosatom's international sites (Hungary, Egypt, Bangladesh, Turkey): cross-border data transfer, GDPR compliance, local HR and tax law adaptation.
- Participant of Rosatom's management talent pool and the development program "Dostoyanie - Basic Level" (= corporate MBA).
- Recognized with the Distinction Badge "For Contribution to the Nuclear Industry", 2nd class (2022); Letter of Gratitude from the CEO of Rosatom (2018); Honorary Diploma of Rosatom (2019).

Led HR, Lean, and IT projects to support large-scale business transformation: changing labor relations, reducing management layers (from 8-9 to 4), optimizing headcount (-30%), increasing labor productivity, building a continuous improvement culture, TRIZ implementation, HR process reengineering and automation, centralizing HR functions, and transitioning to a Shared Services model.
► Results
- Delivered one-time savings of 100M RUB (=$1.2M) and annual savings of 1.5M RUB (=$18K).
- Optimized and formalized the talent pool management process and top-level appointment approvals: cut processing time in half and reduced workload by 77 person-hours per year. In 2014, 50% of CEO-1 and CEO-2 level positions were filled from the talent pool.
- Automated career and succession management using ETWeb Enterprise (Lumesse, Germany): employee engagement (career opportunities factor) grew by +21 percentage points in one year.

Press Secretary to the Mayor, Director of the Municipal Cultural Center "MOST"
Worked in the team of the Mayor of Troitsk, Moscow Region ― a public and political leader, and intellectual game master of "What? Where? When?", Viktor Sidney. Led PR, GR, and event projects to support the city's development strategy.

- Provided support for the city's development strategy, leading PR/GR and event projects.
- Helped build recognition of the "Science City of Troitsk" brand (>50% awareness). Relaunched the city's media platforms: newspaper, TV channel, and website.

► Results
- Led a national interdisciplinary project on molecular typing of clinical Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains (5 institutions, 14 Russian regions). The project enabled modern monitoring of gonococcal infection across Russia. The methods were implemented in the clinical microbiology lab of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology (Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare, Roszdravnadzor).
- Scientific results were published in peer-reviewed Russian and international journals.
- Earned a PhD in Biological Sciences (specialization: Biochemistry and Molecular Biology).
- Developed and delivered a special course "Modern Molecular Biology Methods" for 3rd-4th year students of the Medical Biology Faculty at RSMU (2 intakes, 50+ students).
- Contributed to the development of medical diagnostic products at the research and production company "Lyteh".
