My main duties:

• PCB quality control.
• Performing an expertise of gerber-files, which contains the Printed Circuit Board design, regarding to:
  • how the board will be assembled on production line;
  • tolerances between components, that will be mounted on surface and through-hole;
  • tolerances between components and board edge;
  • making the multi-board concept (boards are usually assembled in groups of boards with same design, simultaneously) for electronics R&D department, so they could make a multi-gerber file;
  • confirm the PCB outer-line together with engineers, who responsible for case R&D and design;
  • feedback for electronics R&D engineers regarding to expertise;
  • recommendations to the electronics R&D engineers hoe to solve the issues, if some was found during the expertise.
• Describing and preparing the assembly process.
• Write an instruction for engineers and conveyer workers how to assemble the end device step-by-step, after all precision soldering procedures with PCB are done, and electronic assembly functional and ready to be placed in case. This includes list of necessary assembly equipment and instruments.
• Communication with suppliers, in terms of searching for replacement for existing parts, for more efficient parts and for new solutions.
• The key moments discussed with supplier are price for 1 pc for different quantities, delivery and production terms. When samples are received and confirmed in terms of performance and quality (series of testing performed), when the price is acceptable for both sides, then all necessary information send to the purchasing department, so they could continue the ordering process for the large batch of product.

  • Password reset, account restore, unblocking the user account, setting the restore options and multi-factor verification.
• Software troubleshooting.
  • Solving issues with all authorized applications for GSK ecosystem:
    • Microsoft Office applications troubleshooting (guiding user through procedure or remotely with teamviewer);
    • Troubleshooting with any authorized applications in the list (guiding user through procedure or remotely with teamviewer);
    • Installation of any authorized applications using specific application installation tool (guiding user through procedure or remotely with teamviewer);
• Assistance with devices and hardware.
  • Solving software issues, that prevents normal functionality of users authorized hardware (printer, PC, laptop, dect-phone);
  • Installing drivers for users authorized hardware (guiding user through procedure or remotely with teamviewer);
  • Assistance in configuration of remote access through authorized VPN application for users authorized devices (PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet);
  • Creating and escalating the ticket for hardware purchase;
• Ticketing/incident system:
  • All communication with the client was done by the phone(mostly), e-mail, skype. For every call a ticket was created. For every ticket should be made a follow-up procedure until the ticket is solved. If ticket can not be solved by first line support it should be escalated to the next level.

1. Designing automated Java/Groovy based support flows in Solvatio Studio, following BPMN / UML notation, as well as with customized approach, oriented both for B2B and Residential(Private) customers.
2. Implementing new features in already existing applications.
3. Building instructions for technical and support tools for first line support agents of Sunrise-UPC mobile operator.
