About me

In the work I like to introduce myself in a collaborative, stimulating and possibly structured environment, with a system of "planned targets", where I can increase my personal and professional knowledge. Believing in "horizontal organizational structure", I like to put myself every-time and every-where at disposal of the staff-colleagues, in order to set-up and achieve all together the planned SMART Targets. "Targeting" focused, I research medium-long term projects where the mixture of personal experience and new knowledge is dealing to create simple but effective working systems, helpful for all the involved company staff (from the simple operator to the Executive Manager).
