At my core, I'm a UX/UI specialist who understands users deeply and crafts experiences that work. Over the years, I've evolved into product leadership and cross-functional team management, but design thinking and user-centric problem-solving remain my foundation.

I bring extensive experience with complex SaaS products in highly regulated industries (health care, transportation/FMCSA, fintech, blockchain). I have a deep understanding of user psychology across diverse audiences from truck drivers to medical professionals to warehouse operators. My approach combines customer development, user research, Agile methodologies, and product branding to deliver solutions that are both compliant and delightful.

  EMR application for the entire family + pets. Led concept development, UX/UI design, marketing strategy, and development management. Conducted extensive customer development interviews to validate product vision and feature prioritization.

• Route One Group (USA), — Head of IT
  SEP 2021 - JAN 2024
  Route One ELD - Led full product development cycle from concept to production for FMCSA-certified electronic logging device app for truck drivers. Studied federal regulations and technical constraints, gathered requirements, led UX strategy, managed cross-functional team, and created comprehensive project documentation. Successfully launched compliant product with HOS compliance tracking, automated duty status logging, and fleet management features.
  RouteOne GO - Led development of innovative truck navigation app with AI-powered route optimization. Same responsibilities as ELD project but in a less competitive, more innovative space. Built truck-specific navigation considering vehicle specs, safety alerts, and community features for driver reviews and updates. Managed IT department, scaling teams and processes to deliver mobile and desktop solutions aligned with business goals.

• EveryAsset (UK) — SaaS UX/UI Designer

  Designed user experiences for the blockchain ecosystem encompassing multiple projects from healthcare to geolocation services for asset tracking. Navigated complex FinTech/Web3 challenges, creating intuitive interfaces that made emerging technology accessible to diverse user groups.
