Professional Summary

I am a hardworking and motivated person who achieved knowledge in the field through Business and Administration, Degree, with experience as a Human Resources Assistant for three years. Afterwards, for a private firm, I was working in a Health and Safety field, responsible for inducting new employees with Health and Safety procedures. I achieved relevant qualifications for this job twice. I decided I wanted a more challenging role, where I could build my skills and knowledge further using my previous experience and applied for the Customer and Business Support Apprentice for Medway Council, where I had built my knowledge and confidence in taking calls to support clients who need social services. I also supported administration tasks for my team. I had finished my ESOL courses at Entry 3 in reading, writing, and speaking. During my apprenticeship at Medway Council, I had the opportunity to continue my courses for Level 1 English in reading, writing, and speaking at City & Guilds. As well, I can speak fluently in two languages: Romanian and Russian. I am a communicative, friendly person able to work in a team, and I am always open-minded to learning new skills. I am looking to accomplish my duties in my best way.

Summary of Achievements

  • Perform payroll functions, such as maintaining time-keeping information and processing and submitting the payroll.
  • Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employees' leave.
  • Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or the eligibility of applicants.
  • Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret employment contracts.
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide callers with information, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of positions available.
  • Taking calls for social services and redirecting them to relevant departments.
  • Producing and printing letters for the financial department.
  • Updating relevant spreadsheets.
  • Processing post and uploading this onto the social care system.
  • Monitoring the incoming emails in the Social Care Admin email inbox and processing in accordance with requirements.
