About the Role
Do you enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems quickly, and supporting drivers and customers when they need you most? This role is ideal for candidates with dispatcher or transport coordination experience.
As a Truck Monitoring, Breakdown & Control Specialist, you ensure the smooth operation of our international transport activities. You monitor trucks, assist drivers, solve operational incidents, and coordinate roadside breakdown assistance. Depending on the planning, you will work day shifts, rotating shift schedules, and weekend shifts.
When something unexpected happens on the road — from delays to mechanical failures — you are the person who keeps everything under control.

What You Will Do
1. Monitoring & Coordination
• Real-time monitoring of trucks, routes, and drivers via telematics and planning systems.
2. Breakdown Assistance & Case Handling
When a customer experiences a roadside breakdown, they call you.
• Receive breakdown calls and evaluate the situation.
• Use our systems to select the correct repair service, tire company, or tow provider.
• Activate partners from our network of 8,000+ workshops across Europe.
• Keep the customer informed throughout the process.
• Register all actions clearly and close the case in the system.
3. Driver Support & Communication
• Act as the main point of contact for drivers during your shift.
• Provide guidance on questions or unexpected situations.
• Escalate urgent technical or operational issues when needed.
• Maintain calm, clear, and professional communication.
4. Quality & Shift Handover
• Document all actions, incidents, and updates accurately.
• Check loading/unloading details, documents, and deviation reports.
• Provide a structured handover to the next shift.

Who You Are
• Experience as a dispatcher, fleet controller, transport coordinator, or similar role (preferred but not required).
• Stress-resistant, accurate, and confident in decision-making.
• Clear communicator who remains calm under pressure.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving.
• Willing to work day shift and/or rotating shifts and/or weekend shifts.
• Good English skills and comfortable with digital tools.

Ca Specialist Monitorizare Camioane, Asistență în Caz de Defecțiuni & Control, te asiguri că activitățile noastre de transport internațional se desfășoară fără întreruperi. Monitorizezi camioanele, ajuți șoferii, soluționezi incidente operaționale și coordonezi asistența rutieră în caz de defecțiuni. În funcție de planificare, vei lucra în ture de zi, program rotativ și ture de weekend.

Când apare ceva neprevăzut pe drum — de la întârzieri la defecțiuni mecanice — tu ești persoana care menține totul sub control.

Ce vei face
1. Monitorizare & coordonare
Monitorizare în timp real a camioanelor, rutelor și șoferilor prin sisteme telematice și de planificare.

2. Asistență în caz de defecțiuni & gestionarea cazurilor
Când un client are o defecțiune pe traseu, te va suna.
Preiei apelurile de defecțiune și evaluezi situația.
Folosești sistemele noastre pentru a selecta service-ul potrivit, compania de anvelope sau furnizorul de tractare.
Activezi parteneri din rețeaua noastră de peste 8.000 de ateliere din Europa.
Ții clientul informat pe tot parcursul procesului.
Înregistrezi clar toate acțiunile și închizi cazul în sistem.

3. Suport pentru șoferi & comunicare
Ești principalul punct de contact pentru șoferi pe durata turei.
Oferi îndrumare pentru întrebări sau situații neprevăzute.
Escalezi problemele tehnice sau operaționale urgente atunci când este necesar.
Menții o comunicare calmă, clară și profesionistă.

4. Calitate & predarea turei
Documentezi corect toate acțiunile, incidentele și actualizările.
Verifici detaliile de încărcare/descărcare, documentele și rapoartele de abatere.
Oferi o predare structurată către tura următoare.

Cine ești tu
Experiență ca dispecer, controller flotă, coordonator transport sau rol similar (preferabil, dar nu obligatoriu).
Rezistent(ă) la stres, atent(ă) la detalii și încrezător(are) în luarea deciziilor.
Comunicator clar, care rămâne calm sub presiune.
Gândire analitică și plăcere pentru rezolvarea problemelor.
Disponibil(ă) pentru ture de zi și/sau ture rotative și/sau ture de weekend.
Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză și confortabil(ă) cu instrumente digitale.
