Job summary:

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter with strong phone skills to join our trucking company. In this role, you make cold calls and utilize search engines to locate potential drivers and inform them of the exceptional benefits we have to offer our employees. Our ideal candidate is also comfortable using social media platforms in their recruiting efforts.

Job Description :
- Recruit the best and safest drivers in the industry by usung american websites
- Run through onboarding of those drivers we hired
- Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
- Collect feedback from drivers (rarely but constantly)
- Search for owner operators
- Utilize different platforms, methods and tools to identify the best truck driver candidates. Call the potential base

Experience as driver recruiter at least 3 months.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computers and related software.
