Your Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients online (WhatsApp, email, social platforms), advising on premium travel options and exclusive fare opportunities.
• Provide personalized travel consultations based on clients’ preferences, destinations, and budgets.
• Sell and promote high-value travel services, including business-class flights, upgrades, and curated travel packages.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end travel coordination for multi-destination and complex itineraries.
• Actively generate leads through personal networks and online presence.
• Upsell additional services when relevant to maximize client value and commission.
