Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and execute internal projects aimed at optimizing company processes. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, strong technical background, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that internal initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of internal process optimization projects: planning, execution, and delivery
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose actionable solutions
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and tools

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong technical background (experience working with developers, technical teams, or IT projects)
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- English proficiency C1 or higher (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or strong desire to leverage AI for work

Nice to Have
- Experience with process automation tools or internal systems optimization
- Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting
