Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to support our online presence and help promote our programs through engaging and authentic content. This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with social media trends, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow together with a startup.
Responsibilities
- Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor trends and adapt them to the school’s brand and audience
- Conduct short interviews with students, teachers, and members of the public
- Create video-based content such as Reels, short clips, and street interviews
- Support branding and promotional campaigns for courses and events
- Research and propose ideas to improve reach, engagement, and visibility
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital content creation
- Open to hiring university students with relevant skills
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English
- Strong communication skills and confidence on camera
- Creativity, initiative, and willingness to experiment and learn
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity
- Past experience working with Canva and CapCut
- Experience with short-form video editing
- Adobe tools (Photoshop / Premiere Pro) – nice to have, not required
- Interest in education, business, or career development
- Comfortable approaching people for interviews
