MintDeck is a modern, free flashcard learning application powered by spaced repetition science. We help learners worldwide master languages, exams, and professional skills with an ad-free, subscription-free experience across all devices.

The Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creator to help us produce engaging content across our social channels. You’ll create short-form videos, stay on top of trends, research content ideas, moderate our communities, and occasionally contribute to blog content.

Responsibilities
Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing features, learning science, and user success stories
Produce visually consistent posts for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Write engaging blog posts on spaced repetition, language learning, exam prep, and study optimization
Edit videos using professional software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
Adapt content across platforms for optimal engagement

What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience creating short-form video content for educational or lifestyle brands
Proficiency with video editing software
Strong portfolio with 3-5 relevant Reels or short-form video examples
Fluent English (writing and verbal)

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms
Attention to detail with strong copywriting skills
Availability for 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week
