We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to establish prompt initial contact with our clients to gather basic order information. We seek an exceptionally polite individual who understands the concept of luxury service quality, and who is not afraid of routine but highly responsible work.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Conduct initial contact with leads through various methods, including email and social media.
Qualify leads based on their needs, interests, and potential for our products/services.
Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads for further development.
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to hone skills and improve performance.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
Strong proficiency in the English language (B2 level or higher).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High energy and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Languages:
The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
Work Mode:

The role is primarily remote with a commitment of 180 hours per month.
