This is a fully-remote position. Work from home for a US-based company. Must be available during US work hours, which is about 4pm-12am Moldova time.
We are hiring a high-performance appointment setter to help convert warm and hot leads into qualified appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. This job services a well-known brand in the US, where people already trust the product.
This performance-dirven role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, handling objections, and consistently delivering results.
Your primary responsibility is to speak with leads and customers, qualify them, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Daily responsibilities include:
• Calling warm and hot leads
• Following up with prospects who previously showed interest
• Speaking with existing customers and helping retain them
• Overcoming objections and explaining why our solution is superior
• Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team
• Logging activity and notes in the CRM
• Maintaining consistent follow-up until prospects make a decision
You will use tools such as Close.io and Skool.
Paid training will be provided for the systems.
Typical daily expectations include:
• 80–120 calls per day
• Consistent follow-up with existing leads
• Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
• Maintaining detailed CRM records
