Retention Manager (English-speaking)
Location: Office-based
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients in the Russian market
• Provide professional консультации on company products and services
• Actively increase trader engagement: motivate clients to make repeat deposits and continue trading activity
• Conduct phone and online communication with clients in English
• Analyze and segment the client base: identify inactive clients and apply effective reactivation strategies
• Participate in developing and implementing retention strategies together with Sales and Marketing teams
• Achieve individual and team KPIs focused on improving client retention and revenue
Requirements:
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build trust with clients
• Proven experience in Retention / Sales (preferably in financial markets)
• Result-oriented mindset, high stress resistance, and strong objection-handling skills
• Self-organization, responsibility, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
