Junior Project Manager (Product/Marketing/R&D – Omnisurge)
Salary: $800–1,500 • Full-time Remote • Gambling, Web3, Finance • RU/EN

Omnisurge is an R&D engine working across gambling, fintech, web3 funnels and high-intent traffic. We generate hypotheses, validate them fast, coordinate traffic teams, launch funnels, and transfer validated methods to operations.
You will coordinate tasks across Product, R&D, Marketing, Arbitrage and Tech, ensuring fast, synchronized delivery.

Responsibilities:
Manage task flow and deadlines in ClickUp; break down requirements (copy → creatives → LP → tracking → launch); coordinate delivery of landing pages, creatives, texts, microcopy; align funnel components (forms, WA flows, CRM, tracking); support arbitrage launches; track readiness (creatives, domains, whitepages, WA numbers, macros); collect feedback and push iterations; assist in research (angles, funnels, geos, product cards); help prepare A/B tests; maintain documentation; provide daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:
6–18 months experience in project coordination/PM/product assistant roles; understanding of at least one domain (gambling/web3/fintech/affiliate); ability to structure tasks and manage multiple streams; basic knowledge of funnels, LPs, creatives, tracking, A/B testing; confident use of ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Google Docs; high discipline, communication, analytical thinking; fast learning; Russian advanced; English upper-intermediate.
