Logbook Specialist / Operator

Responsibilities:
Monitoring HOS and daily log audits (RODS), ensuring compliance with regulations, working with GPSTab ELD (administration and support), planning routes taking HOS into account.
Communication with drivers: reminders about breaks and certification, ELD training on the road, support during roadside inspections, explanation of PC/YM policies and consequences of violations; recording communication; interaction with the dispatch department.
Preparedness for inspections (DOT/audit-ready).
Document flow and data storage: archiving of logs, ELD events, inspections, and correspondence within the established time frame.
Weekly/monthly reports on HOS violations.

Requirements:
Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level B2 and fluent Russian
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in document handling.
Ability to respond quickly and make effective decisions.
Working hours: from 15 till 00 (Monday — Friday)
