We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and SEO to join our team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about building measurable and high-performing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve website visibility and rankings.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
Perform keyword research and develop content strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Ensure technical website optimization to improve indexing and search performance.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing) for maximum ROI.
Monitor website rankings, campaign performance, and generate reports with actionable insights for conversion improvement.
Collaborate with development and content marketing teams to implement changes and improvements.
Set up and track events using Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Google Ads management (2+ years background; Google Ads Certification is a plus).
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and technical optimization.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Creativity in developing marketing campaigns and content strategies.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (office-based position).
Salary:
Starting salary: $1000/month
After trial period (based on performance): $1500/month
