Freight Broker (Logistics Account Manager)
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Freight Broker to join our team in Chișinău. In this role, you will act as the vital link between shippers and carriers, ensuring the seamless movement of freight mainly across the USA and Canadian borders.
Beyond standard trucking, we provide our clients with a comprehensive suite of supply chain solutions, including LTL (Less Than Truckload), Container shipping, and international logistics tools.
Core Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Prospecting: Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling your networking and company-provided leads.
Consistent Follow-up: Drive the sales pipeline forward by maintaining persistent and professional contact with potential clients.
Client Setup: Manage the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring all administrative and credit requirements are met.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships through exceptional service and reliability.
Load Management & Negotiation: Oversee the full shipment lifecycle, including rate negotiation to ensure maximum profitability per load.
Candidate Profile
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (C1/C2) is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to process market fluctuations and data to make quick, profitable decisions under pressure.
Resilience: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where multitasking is the norm.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using online tools and platforms, CRM system, social media for prospecting, and standard office software.
