Dry van and reefer dispatchers

We’re IQDispatch, a US-based dispatch service partnering with US trucking companies. We’re an innovative startup using proprietary dispatch analytics software to help you quickly find and book profit-optimized loads.
This is a remote role with on-site training in Chisinau. You’ll need at least 1 year of experience working with strict HOS/legal logbooks. Show us you’ve got sharp analytical skills and a quick learning ability so you can master our advanced, proprietary dispatch methods.

What we’re looking for
1+ year of dispatch experience with strict HOS/legal logbooks
Strong analytical chops and a fast learner who can pick up our proprietary methods
Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Great multitasking and prioritization skills
Self-driven and able to work effectively from home
Basic familiarity with load metrics and profitability indicators
If you’re newer to the field, you may be considered for a Dispatch Assistant role
