We are in search of highly motivated Recruitment managers to sign up Owner-Operators of commercial motor vehicles. If you enjoy talking to people, have great soft skills and a strong desire to be successful then we are a good fit for you!

What we are looking for in a candidate:
- It would be awesome if you have prior experience working as an HR/Recruiter/Sales manager
- English — B1 or higher
- You are okay with the schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00
- You have strong verbal communication, decision-making, negotiation and time-management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with «warm» applications and Sign up new drivers
- Request, collect and check required paperwork
- Keep all documents up-to-date
- Surf net to find and analyse new sources of leads
- Post ads and contact new applicants
- Problem-solving and human touch
