Position Benefits

Salary: $1,000 – $6,000 monthly (based on performance)
Comprehensive benefits package
Performance Pay: 2.5% of gross + hefty bonus from partial
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Summary
The Dispatcher plays a vital role in orchestrating operations for our diverse fleet. You will ensure optimal coordination, problem-solving, and support for both drivers and customers, helping us deliver service at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch operations
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members
Provide driver support and resolve operational challenges
Maintain accurate dispatch records and enhance operational efficiency
Strategically allocate loads, balancing profitability and service quality

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience preferred
Fluent English (advanced written and verbal communication)
Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems quickly
Availability to work the 3 PM – 12 AM shift
