Position: Dispatcher – Flatbed & Open Deck
Location: Moldova (office-based)
We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team!
If you have a strong understanding of flatbed and open deck operations and are ready to take your logistics career to the next level – this is for you.
What We Offer:
- Official employment contract with all legal benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: starting from 20,000 MDL/month
- Or competitive percentage of the gross (whichever is higher)
- Dynamic team environment & supportive management
- Long-term growth opportunity with a stable U.S.-based company
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of car hauling dispatch experience
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Experience working with load boards, drivers, brokers
