Dispatcher

We’re looking for a Truck Dispatcher with prior experience to join our team! If you’re highly responsible, pay strong attention to detail, and have great negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent English
- Some experience in dispatching is preferred (DV, RF, FB, SD, CN)
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of freight markets and lanes
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Booking loads and negotiating rates
- Managing daily communication with drivers
- Tracking and updating load statuses
- Planning efficient routes
- Solving issues that arise during transport
