Your Responsibilities

Monitor assigned trucks and provide timely instructions to drivers to ensure smooth operations
Support drivers by resolving unexpected issues and supplying necessary information on the road
Communicate with the planning team when challenges arise in executing the transport plan
Propose alternative solutions and adjust driver instructions accordingly based on real-time conditions
Ensure all transport paperwork is accurately received, completed, and properly processed

What We Expect from You

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English (Intermediate or higher)
Experience is appreciated, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
