Business Analyst

XAIRO (IT Studio) is Hiring a Business Analyst.

We are XAIRO — a modern IT studio building websites and custom digital solutions for clients. We work on projects of various complexity — from corporate web systems to high‑load platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with clients after the sale:
- Interviews
- Requirements gathering
- Functional clarification

2. Technical Specification creation:
- Process descriptions
- User flows
- Diagrams & logic

3. Handover to PM:
- Team support
- Helping solve complex issues

4. Implementation control:
- Requirement compliance check
- Team consultation

5. Final delivery:
- Product demonstration
- Feature explanation

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in business analysis
- Knowledge of SDLC & Agile
- Strong documentation skills
- Analytical mindset
- Russian, Romanian, English
