Back Office – Quotation Support

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Chișinău, who shares our values and will take on the role of Back Office – Quotation Support.

You are encouraged to apply if you:
Hold a university degree (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, Medical Engineering);
Have good PC skills (MS Office, Excel);
Have intermediate or advanced English language skills;
Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
Are a sociable person with a team-oriented mindset;
Previous experience in quotation support / back office / sales or working with ERP/CRM systems is considered an advantage;
Knowledge of laboratory equipment is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the sales team in preparing commercial quotations and processing customer orders;
Preparing tender documentation, including technical and financial proposals, as well as qualification documents;
Processing, registering, and tracking orders in the system;
Communicating with suppliers to update pricing and delivery lead times;
Preparing, adapting, and updating internal documents (supplier delivery notes, customer delivery notes, reports, records);
Monitoring contracts and ensuring proper follow-up throughout their lifecycle;
Managing correspondence and archiving documents.
