You’ll handle billing, collections, chargebacks, aging reports, missing paperwork, direct billing, broker follow-ups, factoring reports, and filing claims on bond.

Your job description: Specialist

Manage invoicing and ensure accuracy and timeliness;
Handle factoring and financial transactions;
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

Fluent, conversational English
Open-minded and fast-learning person
Long term worker
Good user of Microsoft Office
No previous experience is required, but if you have it is an advantage!
