Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and prepare driver statements, including fuel reports, deductions, and reimbursements.
Organize and oversee recurring charges, driver contracts, and maintain accurate statements.
Verify and cross-reference financial records to ensure precision and completeness.
Collaborate with relevant departments to gather and input necessary information.

Qualifications:

English level B2+
High attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with data entry software and tools.
Familiarity with the trucking industry and related terminology is a plus.
