• Candidate must be able to arrange own transportation after shift. We offer an all in salary.

Compensation

• $800 base salary
• $250 per hired driver
• Performance-driven role with high earning potential

About the Role
UE LINE INC is looking for a high-performing Driver Recruiter who can generate results in a fast-paced environment.This role is not just about posting ads — it’s about selling the opportunity, building urgency, and closing drivers.You will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and converting drivers into hires, while consistently hitting monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to driver leads daily
• Respond quickly to inbound leads (speed is critical)
• Sell the opportunity and explain why drivers should choose UE Line Inc.
• Build rapport and overcome objections confidently
• Follow up consistently — multiple touchpoints required
• Guide drivers through the entire hiring process
• Collect and verify required information for approval
• Work closely with the safety/approval team to get drivers processed fast
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups
• Stay organized and manage pipeline effectively

Performance Expectations

• Minimum 10–12 driver hires per month from the start
• Goal to grow into 15+ hires per month
• High daily activity (calls, follow-ups, messages)
• Fast response time and strong sense of urgency

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or trucking is a plus
