Travel Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Processing requests from customers via e-mails
• Correspondence with customers via e-mails
• Provide timely responses and regular assistance during the service
• Managing relationships with partners
• Other tasks related to great customer experience
• Help colleagues when it is necessary

Requirements for candidates:

• English Language (Intermediate / Advanced)
• Effective written communication skills in English
• Any additional European languages are welcome (like German, French, Italian)
• Experience in Travel industry or in Travel agency is a hude advantage
• Computer fluency (Outlook, Word, browsers, e-mail, etc)
• Responsibility
• Ability to multi-tasking
• Self-motivation

Conditions and benefits:

• Motivating salary - fixed, starting from 750 up to 2500 € (depending on sales/season and the possibility to work autonomously)
