About the Company

Our client is an international company operating in the retail sector, managing a network of fuel stations across Moldova for 28 years. As part of the department's continued development, we are looking for an Asset Manager who will be responsible for the technical condition and development of the station network across the country.

Job Description

• The Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value, performance, and lifecycle of the filling station network through effective facility management, contractor oversight, and investment planning. The role ensures that assets are safe, compliant, operationally efficient, and aligned with the company's business objectives
• Facility & Maintenance Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational performance of filling stations, ensuring asset reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal lifecycle costs
• Contractor Management: Manage relationships with maintenance contractors, service providers, and suppliers, including tendering, contract administration, performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and cost control
• Investment & Capital Projects: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize asset investments, refurbishment projects, and network development opportunities. Develop business cases, manage CAPEX budgets, and ensure projects deliver expected returns and strategic value. Monitor asset performance through KPIs, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support long-term asset management strategies across the retail network

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar or related role involving management of a network of sites - preferably from retail, but candidates from other industries are also welcome
• Strong command of English
• Driver's license - required
• Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the country
