In this role, you’ll manage high-volume recruitment for our call-center departments, lead end-to-end hiring processes, and help build strong teams that keep our international operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with local management - and report directly to our Director of Talent Acquisition - giving you both autonomy and strong leadership support.

What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for call-center roles (sourcing → interviewing → selection)
- Build and maintain a continuous talent pipeline using job platforms, social media, and outreach
- Conduct structured interviews in English
- Partner with Operations, Training, and Team Leaders to understand staffing needs
- Ensure a smooth, positive experience for every candidate
- Maintain recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Provide insights and recommendations directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition (call-center/high-volume hiring preferred)
- Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate to Fluent)
- Confident interviewer with strong communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines with professionalism
- A positive, people-oriented attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
