Our business serves a wide range of channels, including: B2B wholesale buyers and e-commerce retailers, Marketplace sellers, Live-streaming and Social Commerce channels. Our mission is to simplify cross-border sourcing for fashion retailers and help suppliers manage surplus inventory through innovation and operational excellence.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Finance Consultant to support our leadership team in building financial structure, visibility, and direction in a multi-channel business with international operations. This is a fractional / part-time high-impact role, ideal for someone with strong experience in financial planning, controlling, or strategic finance advisory.

You’ll work closely with the CEO / shareholders and existing finance staff to define financial frameworks, improve reporting, and guide profitability and capital efficiency - without being involved in daily accounting & finance operations.

What You Will Do

• Build and implement P&L by business unit / channel
• Define clear models for cost allocation and gross margin analysis
• Set up monthly management reporting (revenue, margin, costs, EBITDA, cash)
• Analyze inventory performance and financial impact (conversion, capital lock, coverage)
• Evaluate cashflow impact of credit tools and financing structures.
• Provide insights to support financial planning, strategic decisions and improve performance.
• Help improve EBITDA and shareholder return.

Your Profile

• 6+ years in FP&A, controlling, or CFO-level roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience with complex, multi-channel or inventory-based businesses (not services)
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement frameworks and insights
• Romanian and English fluency (Italian is a plus)
• Availability: 4 to 5 days/month after initial setup and higher involvement in the setup period, first 2 - 3 months (est. 10 days/month)
