We’re now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing creative team in Moldova and lead innovative projects that shape the future of digital experiences.

About the role
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Fuselab Creative, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital products from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with the Product and Design teams, leading design initiatives, mentoring others, and ensuring a perfect balance between aesthetics and usability.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design of intuitive, high-impact interfaces across multiple platforms
• Guide and mentor other designers, fostering growth and creative excellence
• Develop high-level and detailed mockups, prototypes, and design systems
• Use research, data, and feedback to drive design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
• Contribute to strategic discussions on user experience and design direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of the full UX design process, including research, strategy, prototyping, and validation
• Advanced portfolio demonstrating high-quality work, problem-solving skills, and measurable impact
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior and mid-level designers
• Deep knowledge of and contribution to design systems, guidelines, and scalable design frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Mastery of Figma and Figma Make, Coursor, Windsurf, or similar prototyping tools
• Highly organized, able to structure complex workflows and prioritize effectively
• A strategic mindset with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Ownership mentality - capable of driving the entire product design lifecycle, from insight to implementation and post-launch optimization.
