Safety Manager

We are Highest Gears LLC — a dedicated and growing team specializing in logistics services for the U.S. transportation market.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a package of documents for driver employment
• Managing documentation
• Handling insurance/compensation claims (complaints)

Key requirements:

• Mandatory proficiency in English at a good level (B2+);
• Knowledge of Russian and Romanian;
• Confident PC user with basic technical skills (MS Office, Google Docs);
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Ambition and motivation to achieve high results;
• Willingness to work evening shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
