QA Manual Engineer

We are a distributed team of over 40 professionals developers, analysts, and financial experts dedicated to providing a seamless trading experience. Our platform is available in 21 languages and serves traders in many countries around the world, making global markets more accessible than ever.

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to bring their expertise to our team of 5 QA specialists. This new role will help us accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and non-functional testing of client (web + mobile) and server applications
• Create test cases and checklists
• Identify, document, reproduce, and analyze complex defects
• Analyze logs and data to determine root causes of issues
• Collaborate with the team to improve testing processes and enhance product quality
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and participate in release decisions
• Evaluate release results and propose improvements to increase software stability and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop test cases and test scenarios
• Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and practical experience applying them
• Experience testing web, mobile, and server applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs and hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger, or equivalents
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and log analysis tools
• Experience working with financial applications (broker terminals, investment or trading software, etc.).
