Project Manager (Lending & Co-Branded Products)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager (Lending & Co-Branded Products) with experience in fintech/banking who will coordinate the development and launch of products within Paynet, with a focus on:
- Lending products;
- Co-branded card projects;
- Other related initiatives;
The role involves full end-to-end coordination: from idea and contracting to launch and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full project management (end-to-end):
- Initial analysis;
- Requirements definition;
- Implementation;
- Product launch.

2.Coordination of projects related to:
- Lending products;
- Co-branded cards with partners.

3.Collaboration with:
- IT team (development and API integrations);
- Legal & compliance teams (BNM, AML/KYC);
- External partners;
- Defining and managing product roadmaps;
- Preparing business and functional specifications;
- Managing internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring KPIs of launched products;
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling.

Experience (considered a strong advantage):
- Fintech / banking / payments;
- Lending products (major advantage);
- Experience managing B2B partnerships.

Technical & Business Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of: Lending processes; Banking cards / Visa & Mastercard schemes; API integrations;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Skills:
- Strategic thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities;
- Proactivity and strong ownership of projects.
