Job Description

The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who plans, coordinates, and successfully delivers assigned projects within defined timelines and scope. The Project Manager is responsible for setting project objectives, managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update project work plans according to requirements.
• Define project objectives and ensure their achievement.
• Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities.
• Organize and manage daily project operations.
• Apply the company’s project management methodology and continuously improve standards.
• Identify, minimize, and manage project risks.
• Ensure full and accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports.
• Coordinate, supervise, and train team members when necessary.
• Ensure all project tasks are completed on time.
• Manage project handovers and transitions.
• Communicate all project changes to the team and management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization solutions.
• Ensure all client requirements are met.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Project Manager role or similar position.
• Engineering background is considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
