Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale Route One Group’s paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns that generate leads, pipeline, and revenue across our brands.
This role is perfect for someone obsessed with ROI, data-driven, and ready to take full ownership of campaigns from strategy to results.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Build full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → leads → retargeting).
• Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, offers, and landing pages.
• Track performance, manage budgets, and deliver actionable reports.
• Collaborate with design, video, product, and sales teams to align campaigns and creative.

Requirements

• Over 3 years hands-on paid ads experience (not just agency management).
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search + YouTube), LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of tracking, funnels, and landing page optimization.
• Experience with CRM-driven lead funnels (HubSpot a plus).
• Data-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Clear communicator with an ownership mentality: “my campaigns, my numbers.”
• Proficiency in English, Romanian and Russian
