Open Deck Dispatcher (Experienced)

We are looking for an experienced Open Deck Dispatcher to join our team.

What will you do:

• Proven experience as an Open Deck Dispatcher (step deck / flatbed)
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. freight market
• Ability to negotiate rates with brokers and direct customers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)

What we want:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a truck dispatcher, specifically with step deck and flatbed.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
